The 105 square meter apartment in penthouse style consists of a sunlit spacious living room, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, an airy, bright conservatory, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. All rooms are designed with white Macael marble. The central air conditioning system allows either cooling or heating. Our apartment can accommodate up to four people.
You have an unforgettable panorama view from the living room and the 97 square metres terrace on the sea, the long sandy beach and the Costa del sol.
On clear days, the view goes to the mountains of Morocco.
In the Mediterranean garden is a swimming pool with sunbathing area as well as a direct access to the approximately 150 meters from the sea beach. For this you use an underpass which is left up exclusively to the guests of the flat complex. In addition, an underground parking space is available. An elevator contributes to your comfort.

Free WIFI

Not only beach lovers will get their money's worth. Many renowned golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Also culture and sightseeing are not forgotten. Only think of Gilbraltar, the old town of Estepona and Cadiz, the glamorous Marbella, the picturesque Casares and the legendary Ronda.
