Cold water. Reported. Sent up maintenance. Told it takes time to heat. Ran 10-15 minutes before it would get hot. Walked around room with my white sock footies. When I took off the bottoms were totally black. 730 am eggs were Luke warm. Sausage not hot. Coffee good.

Room was very noisy, outdated and only had 3 small lumpy pillows for two people. Kleenex box hanging off the wall. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was good . Lacked a variety of fresh fruit and limited variety of items . Room was comfortable but needed some improvements. The lodge was on the old side with some newer upgrades necessary. The staff was friendly and the new tai restaurant was very good . Overall good trip .

The service was great the staff very friendly. The hotel itself looks nothing like the pictures on line. It is outdated. Our room smelled musty the ceiling in the bathroom had water spots. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was a black footprint on our blanket. Very disappointing.

Hi I love this motel The motel is one of the oldest in Muskegon They renovated just beautiful but kept the charm and history The rooms are large and tastefully decorated The staff is very professional and helpful included in your stay is a delicious breakfast The motel is centrally located and walking diistance to shopping and restaurants and many rooms have a lake view This is my 7 time staying at the motel. As quite lovely.

Nothing fancy but clean.

Check in was friendly, the room itself was great very clean and comfortable. The hallway smelled very unpleasant and the pool looked sort of like dirt had settled at the bottom and then too much chlorine got put in to tey to counteract. Overall I was pleased with this day the bed was comfortable and that's the most important part to me along with the cleanliness of the room.

Got the King Suite specifically for the 2 person hot tub. It has no jets, just air bubbles from the bottom. Only one ice machine for a large motel. Pool and hot tub were nice but pool surface needs refinishing. Great location

Perfect for After the Lake Michigan Crossing

Stayed here after crossing Lake Michigan via the SS Badger from Wisconsin. This was my second time staying here as it was convenient and of good value the year prior when I did the same motorcycle trip. The hot tub was welcoming, as was the staff. The rooms were clean, and I loved the pillows. No funky smells. The hot tub could’ve used a cleaning - the bottom was beginning to accumulate a slipperiness. Other than that, it’s always been right on the money for the convenience, comfort, and service.
