The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and place to dry. Clean Grill.
Turn A/C up to 78° Take all trash to outside trash cans and cover with lid.
Strip all beds that were used and put all dirty laundry in laundry area. Do not start wash. Pull all kayaks and paddle boats up on the dock and flip over upside down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No fish cleaning in the house.
The cove is a NO Wake zone. Please abide by it.
Do not cross into the middle of the high line for any reason. You will get stuck and you are entering private property that we do not own.

Cabin was perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful time, cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

The property is right on the lake! It is up on a bit of a hill so be aware if u have any mobility issues. We caught some catfish and many sunfish. The evening seemed to be the primetime for the sunfish. The home itself is clean , the ac works great, has everything you need. This is a rustic, scenic atmosphere, perfect for getting away from the world and enjoying nature . This is not a boujee experience, so dont expect luxury hotel vibes. We did see a fee people on floats messing about in the water, but we stayed out of the water here. Less than 5 miles away is cypress bend, a great spot to swim. I would definately stay here again.
