Spacious Beach House - 30 seconds to sand

In this spacious beach house, your entire group can relax and enjoy the best of the Oregon coast—with ocean views from kitchen! Large bedrooms are well separated from kitchen/living room and guests have plenty of space to spread out and retreat. Each bedroom has a private deck and is surrounded by trees and sound of the ocean. Three out of the four bedrooms have desks for those working from home. We have great wifi.

Quick 30 sec walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the city center.

This is our 2nd year at this house. Fabulous location. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved how the downstairs didn't have a basement feel - the ceilings were high and there wasn't that usual musty smell you sometimes find a beach houses. Each bedroom having its own balcony a main balcony off the kitchen is something really special about this house.

Manzanita Sojourn

A very nice house close to the beach with a private balcony for each bedroom. The kitchen had all needed cookware, tools & tableware and even spices. The large dining table was ideal for the eight of us to have dinner together (It would accommodate ten people).

This is a great house! Well maintained, good beds, excellent shower in the master bathroom, well equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you would need for a week at the beach. Walkable to downtown and very close to the beach with a sunset view of the ocean from the deck.

Beautiful house with great location

We were 8 adults and 2 dogs staying for a weekend and loved this charming, spacious well equipped house. It’s a perfectly hose for a weekend close to the beach. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a great ladies weekend at this house. Very nicely appointed kitchen, linens, perfect walking proximity to the beach and town. Cozy living room. The view from the kitchen is better than the photos. We hope to come back here!

Wonderful home

Cozy get away

The house was well equipped and well located..literally only a minute from the beach with some views from the decks..the kitchen had everything, the beds were very comfortable. Just a few issues...the door code wouldn't work when we got there and communication with the owner was not the easiest that I have experienced. I was worried we wouldn't get in but luckily found another route that probably shouldn't have been accessible. Also...we had beautiful weather and it would have been nice for a beach house to have beach chairs. When I reached out to Carolyn she said we could rent some. Ouch. But overall..it's a lovely place to stay.. Just amfeenquibbles...

Beautiful home - better than the photos!

This house completely exceeded our expectations in every way. We've been staying in Manzanita for years and decided to try a new home - so glad we did! Since the listing isn't super detailed - the upstairs has the kitchen/living/dining room. Down the hall is a bathroom, single queen room and a single king room with ensuite bathroom (so 2 total bathrooms upstairs). Downstairs is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a king or queen and a twin. All bedrooms have a balcony, as well as the kitchen. 5 total balconies! You can hear the ocean from all 4 bedrooms. And there's an ocean view from the kitchen window. This set up was perfect for our family. We had kids ages 5-7, as well as grandparents. The home allowed the kids and parents to be downstairs while the grandparents and uncle were upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the equipment was in great condition. Better than most vacation rentals. Only 2 TVs - one in the living room, and a projector in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Location was fantastic. 2 houses from the sand. On the quieter north end yet still an 8 minute walk to Laneda. We hope to stay at this house when we return to Manzanita in the future.

5 adults, 3 children ages 1, 5, 8. Very clean house. Very near to the beach. Very satisfying visit. No complaints. Except the Keurig coffee maker needed to be descaled and a window in a lower bedroom needed a shade. 😊👍

Very comfortable house.

This was our second time staying, we were there last summer and knew we would be coming to stay again. We had six adults, our daughters and there spouses along with all four grand kids, ages 1 to 8. The weather was perfect, the house has all the things needed to make your stay comfortable. It is laid out well for a group and the kitchen works well too. The access to the beach is hard to beat, its right out the door and across the street. We had a great time, and hope to come again.

Very nice house!! Had everything you need! The kitchen had everything!! Bedrooms were all very nice and the beds comfortable! Bathrooms had shampoo, soaps, lots of towels! Would rent again in a minute. Short walk to town. Lots of places to eat and enjoy the coast.

This house has four big rooms . So much space to be comfortable. Beds were all comfy . Nice linen . Kitchen had everything you need . Loved the porch with great view of ocean and sitting chairs . The home is set up for family gatherings. Living room has three comfortable couches . Two tables for puzzles and games . Really enjoyed our stay !

So Close to the Beach!

We stayed as two families with 5 kids ages 4-9. We loved sitting on the largest deck and looking at the waves/sunsets, and loved being able to sprint down to the beach when the weather was nice. And the ability to walk to town so quickly when it was not. The kids LOVED finding the projector in the downstairs room for movie nights, and the parents enjoyed sending them down there. But the true prize was the outdoor warm water for rinsing your feet! What a luxury. Even the grumpiest kid was totally down for a warm foot rinse to keep the sand out. I would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect winter beach trip

My husband and I stayed at this fabulous beach house on our own for the first four days. We have friends who are locals and we hosted them for dinner two evenings. They agreed the house was thoughtfully arranged and wonderfully equipped. Over the President’s Day holiday, our family joined us which added four adults and one teen. The house accommodated us perfectly. With a mix of stormy weather and sun breaks we enjoyed a fire on the beach (visible from the house and steps away) as well as a marathon jigsaw puzzle challenge. We walked to town for a visit to the Manazanita winery with the warm fireplaces going in front and some shopping. The Marzano pizza night was a huge hit, the guys went crabbing at the Jetty Marina about 20 mins south for another adventure, All in all, we loved the property and would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous home, well equipped

There were 8 of us on our trip. Two bedrooms on each level, very comfortable with privacy for all. This home is well equipped for those who like to eat in. Even has good spice selection. Lots of dishes, appropriate cookware. It had every kitchen item needed during our stay. Bathrooms are nice, lots of clean towels. Furniture allowed for our group of 8 to be seated comfortably, and even put together a 1000 piece puzzle at secondary table. Small deck attached to each bedroom AND nice larger deck for shared use. We all agreed, best home we've rented together ever. Host was terrific and responsive.

Great House, Great location

We only spent one night in January for my daughter birthday with some of her friends. The house was perfect. Layout, amenities, location. It was all perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, and a nice ocean view from the kitchen.
