We arrived later in the evening and had been provided check-in instructions ahead of time. Upon arrival the keypad was not working properly and we were unable to access the unit. We called customer service and also called the host directly and were not able to make contact (it was late). With no other options available we left to find a hotel. The host did contact us as soon as they could but by that time we had already checked into a hotel. They were very apologetic and worked to give us a 100% refund.The property and neighborhood appear very nice and clean and I suspect we would have been very pleased with the accommodations if the keypad would’ve been working. It was just one if those things that happens, but it certainly affected our plans.
