Our executive apartments are situated in modern buildings, recently build, that offers all the amenities and standards from an executive line. The Toprak I is composed by one bedroom, one bathroom, open kitchen, living area, parking area.
The apartment is located on a low floor, in the Toprak building, situated on the cross of Julius Nyerere with Avenue 24 of July.
In the living area you will encounter a sofa and two chairs, a Smart TV with 46'' and a dinning table that seats 4.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, silverware and cooking ware. All sets are composed of 6 units.
In the building you will find a gym and a pool. Those amenities are available for any guest.
Parking spot is in the underground of the building.
