Thanks for your feedback. We have recently changed cushions and mattresses, and we have chosen standard, suitable and above all "orthopedic" equipment, and maybe that's why you found our mattresses and pillows hard. It is not a problem anyway. When you come back, ask us to have a softer mattress and we will try to satisfy you by placing a soft mattress over the hard mattress. Kind regards and many, many thanks
