It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too.

Grassy Flats is an amazingly beautiful property. From one end to the other it's like a little slice of paradise for sure. We stayed in the wreckers building. The room was fantastic, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and hot tub was delightful. Restraunts were closed when we were there so we ate at the market. Fish tacos were pretty basic. Overall an excellent stay.

Relaxed location on the keys, not too busy and plenty of restaurants nearby and on location to have a different experience each night. Resort had friendly and helpful staff with plenty of activities on site to take advantage of. 2 beautiful pool areas, beach area with various activities available including biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating cabana, sauna & tiki bar.
