This listing is for a KEY LIME GROVE villa (Units #11 or #12 or #13 or #14 or #15 or #17 or #19 or #20), at Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina. Not a view of the ocean, but only a short 2-3-minute stroll from the oceanfront amenities We do not specify exact villa number until day of arrival.

Cocoplum sits on a rare Florida Keys beach with a rare zero-edge pool that overlooks both the Atlantic and the sandy shore. It’s an ideal spot for family reunions or two couples traveling together. Enjoy deep-water docks along a protected canal (with water and electricity), a heated swimming pool (heated from Dec 20 to March 30 and is just not necessary at any other time of the year. with ocean views and a jacuzzi. Located at mile marker 54.5 in the central Florida Keys, the property enjoys great year-round weather perfect for fishing, diving, & relaxing in the tropical climate. Please note: Motorized watercraft, including boats, jet skis, & all motorized toys—are not permitted on the beach. Most guests stay for 7 nights, arriving and departing any day of the week, though shorter stays (3 to 6 nights) may be available on request. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home is fully furnished, offering a full kitchen & dining area, a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen & twin bed, and a family room with a queen-size sofa bed (sleeps up to six). Additional amenities include 3 flat-screen cable TVs, a spacious screened porch, & a private laundry room. We include high speed comcast fiber Wi-Fi throughout the property. On the ground floor you’ll find the utility area with washer, dryer, bait freezer and storage. Exterior stairs lead to the main entrance on the first floor (dining, kitchen, balcony), while an interior spiral staircase takes you to the second floor (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, wet bar). Please note, no elevators are available.

Great location in central Keys; on the beach close to restaurants and activities. Close enough for a daytrip to Key West.My kids loved the pool and the unit came with two tennis rackets, which was a surprise.The screened in porch was great for eating meals and playing games in the evening.The units are not handicap accessible in any way, requiring ascending a spiral staircase but that was not a problem for us.

Super clean! Room,pool,beach was so clean! We arrived after 5 and the late check in instructions were very clear and the process was easy. The bathrooms were outdated if that bothers you. Coffee pot,toaster and other appliances were very clean and looked brand new. The only complaint was the weird layout the kitchen is on the first floor and the habgout spot,bedrooms and bathrooms are on a different level so if u want a drink or snack u have to go down the weird spiral staircase. Also have to carry luggage up the same spiral stairs. Not terrible but it was not ideal for my almost 80 year old parents. Air conditioning was superb. Great location to stay somewhere not so party as key west but can easily drive down to key west and we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving at the property, we were incredibly disappointed in the condition of the complex, condo unit, facilities, and beach. The unit and complex need a lot of maintenance. Everything in the condo is old and sparse. The carpet on the stairs is filthy. Honestly, it reminded us of a prison. It was depressing. The beach is nonexistent. What little there is left is covered in truck tracks and sargassum. There was no swimming or ocean access, despite the beautiful pics on the site. We immediately got a refund and made reservations elsewhere in Key Colony Beach.

What a place! Definitely returning

Communication prior to arrival was ongoing via email then with a phone call, both very much appreciated. Instructions on check in was seamless and the office staff was friendly and our process was so quick! The unit was pristine - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas inside and out were immaculate. Kitchen had everything we could need and then some. The pool is gorgeous, patio and lounge area - fantastic. Due to an out of the norm sargassum-seaweed issue, the beach area was not somewhere we spent time, but Mother Nature does what she wants, no blame to the property. We did spend HOURS at the pool and had a fabulous day, which is right at the beach’s edge. Parking was as expected and as explained there was an additional lot with tons of space for our 2nd vehicle. We did some night fishing off their boat dock near the parking lot too. We had a wonderful time - and as we drove the hours and hours home we were strategizing when we can come back. Thank you Coco Plum for a great family weekend before they head off to college.

Good value for the money, nice central location, nice pool, hot tub, and grounds. Beach was a mess with seaweed and trash, and villas are cramped with a tiny kitchen, and tiny bathrooms, both upstairs (none on main floor). The villa was clean, though.

Outside area was not as described

The outside area was nowhere near what it was described. We could have been told that during our stay the beach would not look nothing like the pictures. That to me was very deceiving. Had I known, I would not have paid extra for a beach front. Besides the smell, the amount of seaweed there was so much trash. I believe the cleanup efforts could have been better to please the patrons. This was my family vacation, and I paid almost 3K to stay here and nothing about the view or beach was pleasant. I would have stayed elsewhere. The condo is old and outdated and has a stale smell to it. If they put in just a little bit of money to update them, they would be more pleasant. The hot tub was dirty. It was very hot upstairs and didnt cool down until the middle of the night. Very small and tight quarters. This is my honest review.

It’s alright

The area is pretty, the downsides are this, The villa smelled HORRIBLE! I mean like sewer I am unsure why it smelled that bad but it was not something that you could ignore. The beds in both rooms are so uncomfortable I contemplated going to another place. There was loud music playing outside and people having some sort of party get together. You could not swim in the beach because they had a tractor getting all of the seaweed that was all over the beach and In the water, obviously they can’t help that it’s Mother Nature but had I known I would of booked somewhere that I could swim at and enjoy rather than having to find another beach.

Place was great accept for the sargassum/sea weed all over the beach - they also did not clean it up Would have liked to be notified of this prior to are arrival. We are aware that its not the managements fault, as it is a natural occurence would have just liked a heads up.

Grandsons first trip to the Keys
