Paradise Bay - A spacious open floor plan located right in the heart of Marathon. Easy access to the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean. Our four bedroom and four bath bay front home was recently remodeled by a premier local builder - Design Center. The house features two master suites, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor with a private balcony. Plenty of room to spread out and relax while enjoying radiant views of the bay and the luxurious custom pool and hot tub. Parking for up to 8 cars and or trailers. Perfect for family reunions or weddings.

This resort home features a remarkable view from both the upper and lower level decks, living room and all bedrooms. 4 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms will sleep 10 people comfortably.

The glorious kitchen, with Cambria countertops and all stainless steel appliances, includes a circular island with seating for your party, or enjoy the water views from the 8 person long dining table. There is plenty of room to groceries and snacks in a roomy side-by-side refrigerator and large pantry. Kitchen includes all necessary appliances including a Margaretville Blender and a Coffee maker.

The house has complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, phone, and two blue tooth speaker systems. Flat screen TVs are in every bedroom, pool area and the Tiki Hut, as well as 60” LCD TV in living room.
The bay is a great playground for unparalleled paddle boarding, fishing, snorkeling and water sports of any kind. Jump on the kayaks and paddleboards that are provided and enjoy the welcoming waters. You can also use our beach cruisers to explore the neighborhood and local restaurants and attractions. Sombrero Beach is a 10 minutes drive from the Paradise Bay and Coco Plum Beach is 5 minutes away.

This is a beautiful home that is located on the bay side of Marathon. It feels like your own private resort... with a gorgeous pool, hot tub, outdoor dining, dock, boat ramp, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, etc., etc.

Paradise Bay was awesome! The view was spectacular! Kayaking and Paddle boarding around was fun. Friendly area to walk and bike. Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. We had a little issue and they were there to fix it within 10 mins and compensated us for the small inconvenience. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year! Caught fish off the pier and was visited by a Manatee.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week with 4 adult children. Everyone had their own view of the ocean and balcony. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was amazing. Never need to leave that room. Very spacious and comfortable and had a bed I was actually able to sleep with no issues. The view from the dining room table was breathtaking and clear view of the ocean. Many pictures were taken for Instagram from our young adult children. We cooked almost all our meals at the house. The kitchen is perfect size to cook and talk. Plenty of items and pots and pans. I was even able to make a birthday cake for my son. Myself I loved the pool and chaise lounge. It was perfect temperature and perfect full ocean view from anywhere you sat. The kids loved the hammock often sleeping , reading or taking pictures from it! The dock was very sturdy and able to see fish and other creatures swimming around. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect spot and easy to get on and off the boat. Also they had a great washer and dryer. Everyone said they can’t wait to come back. We had great customer service and clear instructions and a Welcome Book so th all the little details which was very helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and the kids also took the bikes on a couple ride to the store. Thanks again! We can’t wait to return.Very quick communication with owners and able to help quickly on the spot! Very friendly!

Beautiful property with great amenities. Loved having a fishing pier, kayaks and paddleboards. The ice machine and TV near the pool were wonderful. The owner was very responsive. Our weather wasn’t great and we never got the pool to a usable temperature after the first day so we spent most of our time in the hot tub.

Check in was very smooth, Pavel was great to communicate with to let us know if we were able to get in before 4pm as we were having our boat rental for the week delivered…and I’ll go ahead and comment on the dock, it was top-notch, even had a fish cleaning table at the end. The house was beautiful, the view was extraordinary! The house was well equipped with top quality appliances. And so many extras not pictured, including lounge chairs by the pool, there were many kayaks and paddle boards and 4 bikes! We greatly appreciated Andrew restocking the fishing rods before our arrival too. And we loved the pool! Andrew was great to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. While it’s a long drive from NC, we sure hope to make it back to Marathon and Andrew’s house. Thank you!!

Beautiful home and location. Docking was great for our 28' cc, also nice filet table at the end of dock that is not shown in he photos. Pool, spa and outdoor area was amazing! Home was clean and tidy when we arrived. Highly recommend this property, we would definitely stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay!! The outside pool and dock area is where we spent most of our time. Our dogs loved it too as it's completely fenced in. We Caught fish off the dock and kayaked in the bay. The listing doesn't say but downstairs there is a bait freezer and frig. The home was super clean and easily slept the the 6 of us. The kitchen had ever appliance you needed. My only complaint/recommendation would to definitely add black out curtains! At 6:30 the sun comes blazing through the curtains. Overall we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

We celebrated some special family birthdays at Paradise Bay and absolutely loved our stay. The property is fabulous-the views, pool/spa, and layout are all terrific. The central location made it easy to reach restaurants, area beaches, and more within minutes. We truly enjoyed our week here.There were just a couple of small things to note: we expected surround sound inside, but couldn’t find it (if there are speakers, they’re very well hidden!), and we weren’t able to get the outdoor speakers working-though this may have been user error and wasn’t a big deal for us. Having more and higher-quality bath towels per person would be a welcome improvement.Overall, Paradise Bay is a fantastic property that I’d definitely recommend. We rated host communication at 3 stars only because we didn’t interact with the host, so we can’t comment on that item.

We have house hopped all over the keys for years, staying in homes that even had elevators in them and private lagoons. This house tops the list. The upstairs master suit is hard to leave with the entire wall opening to an amazing view of the bay. The backyard has all you need but it also looks like a post card. The hammock hanging between the two palms just beyond the heated spa makes the view breathtaking. There were nice almost new paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes. Along with Floaties for the pool to enjoy, and we sure did. The boat launch right there made us want to use them more. The bay was shallow enough to snorkel in and feel safe. They could get out easy with the ladder on the dock. We have a 39’ center console and it was easy to dock we had successful fishing catching a sailfish and 4 mahi. This house is top on our list and we would love to stay here again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Anything and everything youd expect in the kitchen for cooking and extras like a margaritaville blender! Bedrooms were spacious and beautiful. There were bikes that we used as well as one fishing pole. We wished there would have been more of those. We saw Manitees off the doc daily and Iguanas. There were a few issues with burnt out can lights, non workimg tvs, blinds that wouldnt charge and the AC stopped working. We called regarding these things and someone came out quickly to fix most of it. The owner alao came out and was very nice. They even bought us dinner for the inconvenience. The dock was great! We rented a boat for a few days and found it very easy to use. We would def stay again. I would reccomend a new mattress in the upper master. It was very firm.

Perfect family spot!

The house had everything we needed, and was close to activities and restaurants. Loved the backyard and using the bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. Had a manatee visit the dock multiple times. Had a minor issue that something broke (but was still usable), and they still sent someone out within an hour to take care of it! Excellent house and service!

Great property.

House is nice with a good layout, open the patio doors and enjoy the ocean breeze. Pool area makes for a fun place to hangout and enjoy the hot tub and swim up pool bar. We utilized the kayaks, bicycles and fishing gear. All of this made for a perfect vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this property! House was spacious and kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you would need. House is also centrally located so an easy drive to explore all of the keys. Outside amenities were phenomenal as well. Highly recommended!
