Spacious apartment, right in the heart of Nagueles. Located 2 steps from the lively area with the chic bars and restaurants of Puente Romano, the apartment offers you a large living room, with fully open plan and modern kitchen, and a pleasant and shaded terrace.

You will have three bedrooms, with simple decoration, and two bathrooms.

The urbanization offers one large swimming pool as well as several padel courts and superb tropical gardens, with many green parakeets, pretty waterfalls and a small river that will make you travel in a jungle worthy of Costa Rica!

Ideal location, 100 m from all restaurants and shops, and only 400 m from the beach with its promenade linking Marbella center to Puerto Banus.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !



Swimming pool open for Easter and the May 1st bank holiday, as well as from June 15 to September included

Very pleasant apartment. Best fir summer. Less so in winter as it gets very little sun.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The management team were quick to correct an issue with the AC. Unfortunately communication was abrupt / defensive if there was any hint of criticism. This was immediately apparent when we were shocked to find that the apartment faced East and not South as appeared to be the case in the only photo of the outside - a different apartment as it turns out. We enjoyed our stay despite this.
