Luxurious apartment with great attention to detail, located in the beachfront urbanisation Playa Real, east of Marbella (Marbesa). This fully renovated two-bedroom apartment, finished to the highest standards, is located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful balcony offering sea views and where you can enjoy afternoon sun. Just a few steps away from sandy beach and famous Le Papillon restaurant and beach club.



The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table for 4 people and a dedicated work area. The living room window fully opens onto a south-facing balcony with a seating area and views of the Mediterranean Sea and the communal pool. The master bedroom has a high-quality bed, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and access to a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and adjacent shower room. The fantastic open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

Club Playa Real occupies a superb beachfront position in tranquil area known as Marbesa village, close to the famous tourist cities of Marbella and Puerto Banús. During the summer months, guests of the Club Playa Real can enjoy a outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool bar.

For kids activities in Elviria there is Adventure Park Amazonia - one of the leading theme parks on the Costa del Sol.



Within a 4km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, beautiful sandy beaches, water sports activities and a large choice of restaurants. We recommend elegant beach restaurant Cocoa Beach Marbella.
