Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential community of elegant townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Valentina is not suitable for stag or hen groups, or guests planning loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to maintain a tranquil atmosphere and respect quiet hours, particularly within the communal areas.



The location of Casa Valentina is second to none. Stroll along the Paseo Marítimo, Marbella’s beautiful beachfront promenade, and within minutes you’ll reach the charming Old Town with its traditional tapas bars and boutique shops. To the west lies the iconic Marbella Club and the world-famous Puente Romano Resort, home to Michelin-starred dining and chic nightlife. A little further along, discover Puerto Banús, where luxury yachts, designer boutiques, and lively beach clubs await.



Inside, Casa Valentina has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort and quality in mind. The bright and spacious lounge and dining area open directly onto a private terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or evening barbecues. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and every convenience, including a Nespresso coffee machine.



The ground floor features a welcoming double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the first floor hosts a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, single sofa bed, dressing area, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. On the top floor, a further double bedroom with private bathroom and a secondary living room offer breathtaking views over the bay — a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of champagne at sunset.



Everything you need is within walking distance — from gourmet restaurants and beach bars to supermarkets and cafés. Within 500 metres are three of the coast’s finest dining spots, and four supermarkets are located within a short seven-minute walk. A car is not necessary during your stay, as taxis and public transport are readily available.



Guests can enjoy access to Marbellamar’s private community pool (open seasonally), as well as tennis and paddle courts — perfect for families and those seeking a more active holiday. Amazing views and location

Casa Valentina was lovely overall. The location can't be beat, and the views from the terraces are incredible. The beds are comfy, and the house is really nicely appointed. We ran into a couple of minor issues - one is that the downstairs bedroom is actually a double sofa bed. The other is that there is no wifi at all on the top floor ; it's a total dead zone. The management company was nice enough to drop off an extender, but it didn't do the trick. So just good to note that if you are working remotely, the entire top floor is a no-go. I know the listing is new, and so the management company may work out these kinks; they were very friendly and fairly responsive.
