The villa:
This beachside villa has just undergone a complete state-of-the-art renovation, following the excellent standard with a modern Scandinavian style. While staying in this luxurious villa, you will have a mesmerizing sea-view from anywhere in the house.

The villa is equipped with a huge terrace that is created for relaxing moments, suited for you and your whole company. Beside the terrace, the villa contains a spacious heated infinity-pool with a built-in pool-bar as an extravagant feature from where you can enjoy a newly mixed drink while splashing around the pool. You can of course endure the amazing panoramic sea-view from the terrace and the pool. With this state-of-the-art renovated and refurbished villa on a second-to-none beach location, you will for sure find everything you will ever need for your dream holiday with family or friends.

The Villa is located in a nice quietly residential area, with little noise, which we ask you also to respect. This residential area is located right next to the beach so you will just need to walk a couple of hundred metres to lay down at the white sandy beach and get swept away by the sound of the ocean waves.

On the ground floor you have the spacious open kitchen-dining area, which serves perfectly as the villa's hub for both cooking and playing. Just outside the kitchen is a large dining terrace with a BBQ where you can host your barbecue parties and eat your meals in Alfresco style. Next to the kitchen is a spacious indoor dining room with a special built dining table for 16 persons. The dining room is connected to the large living room in an open space concept where you will find the TV area and an amazing view of the terrace and the sea.

Around the nice patio on the ground-floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms where two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the other two bedrooms have a large bathroom to share.

When you take the beautiful black-marble stairway to the first floor you will find two stunning master bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a large private walk-in-closet and a stunning en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom also include a walk-in-closet, en-suite bathroom, and the same fabulous view and entrance to the upper floor terrace. While waking up, you will feel like you are dreaming when you see the astonishing views. The terrace is in front of these two bedrooms and have the best views that often even stretches to the coast of Africa. The first floor terrace is the spot where you dream about a relaxing moment with a glas of champagne, your favorite book, or just a sunbed to unwind at.

Downstairs you will find another two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with direct access to the terrace which is perfect for grown up children or people that do not want to disturb the rest of the company to much.

Also downstairs you will find the gym, with machines that helps you stay in shape during your vacation as well as the large TV- and bar room, that is equipped with a large SMART-TV, Playstations 4, music and a bar to serve and enjoy some great drinks, wines, and beers from.

The villa is an ideal setting for families, couples, and friends. The swimming pool can be heated for an extra fee of €500/week.

The neighborhood



With its diverse beaches and hypnotizing mild climate, Marbella is a charmingly warm and welcoming city, enchanting all its visitors. While staying in this villa you have some of Marbellas best beaches, such as the Beach House and Siroko Beach, just 200-300 metres away. The multitude of leisure facilities around the coastal line includes Michelin Star restaurants and some of the most renowned golf courses in Europe.

Having a world-class nightlife and a lot of internationally recognized luxury shopping brands available, it comes as no surprise that it tops the list of Spain's most frequented visited cities.

You will have several beach clubs to choose from at the beach, including Beach club Estrella del Mar (200 metres away), serving delicious cuisine and an elegant, relaxed atmosphere, with breathtaking views across to Africa and Gibraltar. The famous Nikki Beach is an open-air spot with fabulous tropical gardens, located just 800 metres from the villa. It can be credited as being one of the very first beaches to be introduced and has now become the signature white mattress look, to Andalusía.

All your tastes could be catered to at the coast and there is always something to keep you engaged. If you want to take a break from lazing at the beach, you can indulge in golf, explore theme parks, casinos,cinemas, and other great parts of Marbella such as Marbella old town and the famous Puerto Banús marina which is just a 15 minute drive away. The shopping center is under 1 km away from the villa which means that you can walk to it in a couple of minutes.
Other things to note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
