Fabulous top floor apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile. The property is very close to all amenities, just a short walk to the beach and offers incredible views of the sea. Located in an excellent gated complex that includes 24 hour security, large swimming pool, green areas and parking spaces within the urbanization. The apartment consists of a dining room to the front with access to a comfortable terrace overlooking the gardens, the pool and the sea, a bedroom that can be built with a king or two twin beds, a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and terrace facing south. It has central air conditioning and is very well equipped. It has a wi fi connection. Garage and storage room in the underground parking.
