This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the secure gated urbanisation of Los Naranjos. There is access to 2 communal pools, the nearest one accessed directly from the garden to the pool area. A 2 minute walk will take you to a large supermarket and bar/restaurant. A 5 minute walk and you can arrive at Banus Executive golf club and Divot Gastro Grill and less than a 20 minute walk to Aloha golf club. Less than a 30 minute walk will take you to the Port of Puerto Banus, the beach and all the amenities including including shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The apartment has free WIFI and hot & cold vented aircon. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged over one floor. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a dining table, 2 sofas, arm chair and a 42¨TV with a Firestick. The dining area leads out onto the partly covered terrace which is furnished with a further dining table and chairs and a lounge seating area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. Our apartments and houses are located in the Los Naranjos de Marbella urbanisation, a very popular destination as it is only 1.5 km from Puerto Banus. It´s a beautiful Mediterranean-style complex with apartment buildings no more than two stories high (no elevator). The complex has swimming pools, tropical gardens, enormous palm trees and emits a unique natural setting in Marbella. There are 2 cafes and a supermarket - Mercadona. The complex also has 24 hrs security.
We have a Reception where we can assist you at any time with housekeeping and maintenance services.
