As you enter the townhouse, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan that interconnects the hallway, kitchen, the living room, and the dining area into an expansive and social space. This area has been designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind, featuring a Smart TV and an inviting open fireplace, as well as instruments such as an electric piano and a guitar. The space is bright and you can reach the private swimming pool, lush garden and welcoming patio through the big glass doors. In the outdoor patio you can seat up to 10 people and there is both a BBQ and fire pit area, for cosy evenings at home. For those who like to keep their exercise routine during their holiday there is also a crossfit inspired outdoor gym in the garden.

For those inclined towards creativity, an arts and craft room is conveniently situated next to the kitchen, a popular space for kids to free their minds as well. Additionally you will find a separate room on the ground floor, equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed, to serve dual purposes – either as an extra TV room/ kids room or a fourth bedroom. A clean, modern bathroom, with a shower, also graces this floor for your convenience.

When reaching the second floor of this stunning townhouse, you’ll be greeted by an office space and bookshelves filled with books and boardgames for you to use. From here you will reach the 3 upstairs bedroom. The master bedroom includes a 180 cm bed, a smart TV, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with dual rainfall showers. In the master bedroom there is a balcony with two seats overlooking palm trees.

The upper floor also has 2 other bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a 160 cm bed and its own Smart TV, while the other features a larger 180 cm bed and grand patio. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a practical laundry area with both a washing machine and a dryer.
