Welcome to this modern, family friendly and creative holiday home situated in the heart of San Pedro. This is a tastefully designed townhouse perfectly suited to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests during their Marbella/San Pedro holiday. You couldn’t ask for a better location – positioned between the beach and the charming and vibrant San Pedro Boulevard and town. Here you have everything you need within walking distance!
As you enter the townhouse, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan that interconnects the hallway, kitchen, the living room, and the dining area into an expansive and social space. This area has been designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind, featuring a Smart TV and an inviting open fireplace, as well as instruments such as an electric piano and a guitar. The space is bright and you can reach the private swimming pool, lush garden and welcoming patio through the big glass doors. In the outdoor patio you can seat up to 10 people and there is both a BBQ and fire pit area, for cosy evenings at home. For those who like to keep their exercise routine during their holiday there is also a crossfit inspired outdoor gym in the garden.
