Fantastic brand new apartment located in the beachfront urbanization Playa Real, east Marbella (Marbesa). This fully renovated to highest standards holiday home situated on the ground floor with lovely terrace and direct access to the swimming pool area. Only few steps away from sandy beach and famous Le Papillon restaurant & beach club.
Spacious living room offers a large comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table for 4 persons and access to the terrace with sitting area and views to the pool. Master bedroom with large high quality bed (size 1.80 to 2.00), bathroom and access to the terrace. Second bedroom has two single beds and adjacent shower room. From both bedrooms you have partial view to the sea and with windows open you can hear gentle waves sound. Ultra modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. All rooms equipped with AC units, electric shutters and mosquito nets. Fast Wi-Fi, large smart TV, bluetooth bathroom mirrors, high quality bedlinen and towels. This holiday home offers total comfort with touch of luxury to make your stay unforgettable.
