Lovely studio apartment in the 9th floor of the frontline Neptuno Building, in the centre of Marbella. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to the Paseo Marítimo (maritime promenade) from the communal gardens and pools.

Accommodation comprises: lift access; large lounge / bedroom with folding double bed, separate sofa, flat-screen TV, built-in wardrobe, and access to the furnished south-facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea; fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for your home comforts; separate full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊‍♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.

Small but well equipt apartment with all you need for a short stay Great location just 50metres from the promenade and all the great restaurants And bonus of Sea view

Sehr gute Lage

Das Objekt befindet sich an einer tollen Lage. Leider lässt der Zustand zu wünsche übrig. Lift müsste geprüft werden. Letzte Prüfung im Jahr 2017!!! Sicherheit. Wasser ziemlich kalt.
