Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Los Alicate" 900 m, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
