Modern bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Fully equipped independent kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher ... you will find everything you need to cook in this kitchen. Living room/bedroom with dining area, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a large closet that separates the living area from the area where the bed is located, which makes the house have two environments. Climalix windows to avoid street noise, air conditioning, and own wifi.
