Fantastische Unterkunft

Fantastische, sehr saubere Unterkunft, mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Bucht. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die separate Sommerküche mit überdachtem Freisitz, völlige Ruhe. Vollausgestattete, hochwertige Küche/n. Zum Beach etwa 100 Meter. Carport vorhanden, aber mit größerem SUV entweder rückwärts wieder runter oder umständlich wenden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: am fünften Tag gab die Toilettenspülung ihren Geist auf, und trotz zugesagter Hilfe kam leider niemand. Auch zum Check Out war niemand anwesend, da aber keine Kaution verlangt wurde, war das auch weiter nicht wichtig.

Das moderne Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, einem Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender, Pizzaofen und einer großen Terrasse für gemütliche Abende. Der Kontakt zur Haushälterin war ausgezeichnet, sie war stets hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Meer hat uns besonders gefallen. Allerdings ist der Strand in der Nähe für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet und es gibt keine Absicherungen für Kinder auf dem Gelände. Vor Ort gibt es wenig Infrastruktur, daher ist ein Auto notwendig. Steinhaus

Ein wunderschönes, abgelegenes Steinhaus direkt am Meer. Abendsonne mit Blick auf die Bucht. Der Pool und die eigene Summer Kitchen machen es zur perfekten Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Kroatien. Wir können es zu 100% empfehlen - danke für die gute Zeit in der gepflegten Villa.

Erwartungshaltung

Lage des Objetktes und Betreuung durch die Agentur sehr gut. Allerdings wie in der Bewertung unseres Vormieters erwähnt, ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, auch roch es "muffig". Dazu kam ein Stromausfall von ca. 10 Stunden (kann passieren), und "Undichdichkeiten" am Haus aufgrund von Gewittern: Vorzeitige Abreise.

pro: Nahe zum Strand, Panorama, eigenes Pool, Sommerküche, eigener Weinkeller mit super Prosecco, gute Tipps für die Umgebung, sehr hilfsbereite Personal kontra: muffiger Geruch im Schlafzimmer, die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt in der Küche und im Badezimmer, Personal erschien 30 Minuten früher als der Check Out Zeitpunkt, das Agentur hat die Telefonnummer der Kontaktperson falsch angegeben

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ganz besonders hat uns die Ruhe und Privatsphäre des Hauses gefallen. Besonders die Ausstattung der Sommerküche ist sehr gut und macht Freude wenn man gerne kocht.

Schöner Urlaub

Hallo H. Kiwitt Der Urlaub war Super!!!!!! Die Unterkunft war sehr toll kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Super Lage des Hauses und vor allem ruhig. Super zur Erholung geeignet. So einen Urlaub mit diesem Umfeld jederzeit wieder. Es ist auch vom Reisebüro alles hervorragend gelaufen! Gibt es so etwas auch in anderen Ländern (Italien, usw.) würde ich auch gerne sehen. Es handelt sich um e...

Es handelt sich um ein traumhaftes Objekt, welches sehr sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Der Aussenbereich / die Aussenküche ist ein Traum sowie auch der Pool. Die gesamte Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
