Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. You have access to the 10 sqm balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Storeroom with with washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Krnica. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
