Composed of living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with high but above ground window), bathroom with shower cubicle. Apartment with private outdoor area consisting of a large terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. Unattended outdoor car park for at least two cars inside the small complex. Only 8 minutes walk from the sandy beach and the center of Procchio. Small/medium size pets allowed on request.

Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Host ist sehr disponibel. In der Küche fehlte uns ein Küchenmesser, daraufhin kontaktierte ich den Host via WhatsApp und den nächsten Tag schon brachte er ein Messer vorbei. Die Terasse musste leider täglich gekehrt werden da einerseits Fledermäusekot sich stets an der selben Stelle befand und Ameisen jeden einzelnen Krümmel auf der Terasse entdeckten und daraufhin eine kleine Invasion starteten. Zudem blässt der Wind nachts Dreck von den Bäumen und Büschen auf die Terasse. Ist aber halb so wild und kann man auch nicht ganz vermeiden
