Discover the charm of this former farmhouse, completely renovated and decorated by the owners.
Enjoy a magnificent view of a rolling, secluded, wooded, and verdant landscape.
An ideal location for a countryside getaway (with Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity) just 5 minutes from all the shops and services of the village of Marcillat, as well as cultural and leisure activities: treetop adventure course, zip line, motorsports, Maison de la Combraille (Combraille Museum). Mountain biking and hiking trails are also nearby. Vulcania (66 km) and Clermont-Ferrand (88 km) are within easy reach.
Ground floor: a large open-plan living area, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, a shower room (walk-in shower and toilet), and a laundry room. Enjoy warm and convivial moments with family or friends around the wood-burning stove.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms for 2 people each (two 90 x 190 cm beds). An open mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm). Electric heating.
On sunny days, enjoy the large south-facing terrace (35 m²) with garden furniture and sun loungers. An electric griddle is available. The garden is not fenced.
