Amazing view and great access to the beach. There is an ongoing construction of the pool area so no pool + constant (loud noise). Overall we enjoyed the stay, the amazing view and easy access to an amazing beach, we’d love to go again

We booked this property because it had a balcony with ocean and beach view. Every night the sunsets were epic! We were in much needed peace, to our disappointment after booking we were notified the pool was closed for restorations. No problem we have the ocean but every morning at 8am the jackhammering began and went on all day...so much for a peaceful balcony...no morning coffee..no afternoon peace...you could hear it even from the beach! Why book the perfect place if you cant use it, no discounts not details of the renovation noise. It is a beautiful place quiet, clean and friendly staff. The room had everything we needed..we did have issues with the coffee maker and the bed wasnt comfortable to sleep in but the views were off the hook. It wasnt far to the beach, they had chairs and umbrella we could carry to the beach or rent lounge chairs and umbrellas already there for $35 for half a day. The outdoor bar is on the way to grab a drink and relax. I would return here but only after the renovations are done so we could enjoy what we booked. This is a perfect quiet relaxing place for grown ups, not a party place or kids running around being loud like the Marriot. Overall lovley place!

Room is very clean & updated; bed comfortable; large lush towels. Kitchen has only what 4 people would need but is adequate. The property is changing hands and is currently under renovation. There is no pool or outdoor space available to guests (except the beach). This felt more like an air bnb stay rather than a hotel. There were no hotel services, but I was contacted before my stay by a nice concierge explaining the current situation. She helped arrange airport transportation which was very convenient and comfortable. Many restaurants are within walking distance so that was not a problem. Having only a beach option, the room had an umbrella and 4 chairs as well as 4 beach towels which were of good quality. Or there’s a chair, umbrella rental option on the beach.

The hotel, rooms and staff were nice! The pool was not in operation due to renovations (Oct. 2025 - Jan. 2026) and the view was terrible. There’s a building that sits directly behind the hotel which is in clear sight of the ocean view from the hotel.

They were doing a renovation to the pool since May and they have no accommodations or partnerships with sister properties to accommodate guests. We went to the JW Marriott and purchased wristbands for the day. I would’ve rather canceled my reservation. Staff was nice but very dated property for the cost.

THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED during their massive construction. I booked an oceanfront suite with a patio. All I heard for the entire week was construction men breaking concrete from early morning til evening. My total view was horrible. Massive construction, noise, and a green closed pool. I spoke with a rude manager Willie who was not willing to give any credit back for the horrible noisy and pitiful construction view we had experience during our anniversary trip. MY OPINION…. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL Until at least mid 2026 when the construction is over. Also, they had a trash chute coming down from the rooftop into a huge dumpster. You had to drive past that to get into the parking garage. That also caused unimaginable noise as you can tell when pieces of concrete are being thrown through the chute.

Everything was amazing except for 2 things 1 expedia failed to tell us the pool was going to be unavailable until after the non-refundable payment and when we got ther the tub wouldnt hold water(which was fixed the next morning after checking in at 6pm) the hotel was incredible and every person i talked to was helping and smiling

Please note that when we went the pool was under construction. The place cannot be beat if you want a quiet location with beach access at an incredibly low rate. There was empty areas so I’m not sure if they are trying to bring retail back or scaling down. But the beach is amazing.

This property is under renovations so no pool or access to the beach. Also noisy because of the renovations. Also the Lobby is some kind of a ghost town, nobody is there and there's nothing to do. It's a Pitty because it is a great property at a great location in Marco Island. Hopefully they put some money and finish the renovations so that the hotel retakes its Im sure past glory. The front desk staff when we got there was not friendly at all. Then the front desk the next day was much better. The room/suite was nice and spacious and clean.
