Enjoy a large open 1st floor flat (no stairs) with a pool table, 65" TV, full kitchen, 8-person dining table and 2 sliding doors for views and breezes. The backyard pool, dock and patio are in a large fenced-in area for privacy, swimming, fishing, grilling, dining and playing with your pets. Walk to Tigertail Beach, grocery store or the best restaurants on the island. Water sports, Everglades tours, shopping in Naples, farmers market and frequent art fairs are all within a short walk or drive. There is a 2nd floor that only my family uses when we come down from NJ; however, we don’t use it when hosting guests so you’ll have the property all to yourselves.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Tigertail Beach. Laundry facilities and an arcade/games room are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the holiday home.

Comfortable pool house to enjoy sunny Marco

A very nice property that has just about all you could ask for to enjoy your Florida vacation. Pool, full kitchen, grill, bikes, kayak, pool table, TV streaming service, air conditioning, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Place to Stay on Marco Island

This home was a Great find! It was perfect for our family! They had everything you could possibly need. The backyard was beautiful and right on the canal. The location was amazing and within walking distance of the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! There was a pool table and basketball net and a PS4 available which my son loved!! I would definitely stay again! Greg was a great host. Very easy to get ahold of and happy to help! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Great rental in a great location!

This was a great rental and is located in a great location! Communication with the property owner was easy, and the check in process was also easy. Marco Island is a great vacation destination, and we were able to ride the bikes we rented all over the island. Quick and easy access to the Everglades as well. We would definitely stay at this location again.
