Gardens boasting a variety of colorful trees, a wooded park, meadows, and orchards on this elegant 18th and 19th-century property provide a natural setting for this peaceful corner of nature, which the owners love to share. A shared heated swimming pool is available from May to September (closed at 7:00 PM for cleaning). The gîte is on two levels. On the ground floor: a large living room with a lounge area and a fireplace insert. A separate, fully equipped kitchen (2-burner gas hob). One bathroom with a washbasin and walk-in shower. One separate toilet. One bedroom with two single beds (90cm), one connecting bedroom with a single bed (90cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Upstairs: entrance hall. Living/dining room with kitchenette (two-burner electric hob). One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and toilet, and one large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) with en-suite shower room and toilet. One small children's bedroom with a single bed (90cm). Internet access.
Games room available (shared with the other gîte) with a pool table, table football, exercise bike, etc. Petanque court and tennis court.

It is possible to reserve a single additional bedroom, an annex to the gîte, with one bedroom for two people, one double bed (140cm), and a shower room with toilet (€50/night for the additional bedroom with a minimum stay of two nights. The price decreases from the third night onwards).
