Luxurious brand new 1 bedroom studio accommodation in the perfect Margaret River location. Take a walk to the river, visit the local cafe's, restaurants & wineries or explore the beautiful beaches and forests of Australia's South West. Luxury king size bed, quality linens & towels, huge bathroom with large shower & laundry facilities including washing machine, iron, ironing board & washing powder. Kitchenette includes pod coffee machine, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich press, electric frying pan & dishwasher. Please note that due to our local regulations we do not have a stove cook top. There is strictly no smoking in or around this property.
The space
Completed in 2022, this beautiful light filled cottage is modern and thoughtfully designed. The open plan layout has the kitchen, dining and living in one with a separate bedroom which leads to the private bathroom.

The kitchenette is well appointed with microwave, full sized fridge including freezer, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a king size bed, built in storage including dresser and drawers, quality linens and full length mirror.

Enjoy the huge and luxurious bathroom with a large shower and mirrored vanity with lighting. The front loading washing machine is at the other end with plenty of room to spare.

Sit and enjoy local wine at sunset on your own deck and enjoy the serenity of this quiet neighbourhood while still being close to the cafe's and restaurants that Margaret River has to offer.

Guests of the cottage have separate, off street parking and their own private entrance.

The cottage is attached to the main residence of our property but has no shared spaces or shared internal doors. You will have complete privacy.

There is a key safe at the front door for self check in and 24 hour convenience.

We live on the property and will be available to help with anything you need.
Other things to note
Due to the nature of where we live, our waste water is dealt with on the property so wipes and sanitary products are not able to be flushed down the toilet. Please use the hygenic bags supplied & dispose of them in the rubbish bins provided.

The property was simply amazing, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Our only improvement comment would be that we missed having an oven or bbq to cook with. An outdoor bbq would be a great addition.

Everything was perfect except the size of the kitchen which was a little small with no hot plate to cook on. The bathroom and bedroom were brilliant and the access to washing machine great. Helpfulness by the owners was brilliant as well.

A lovely cottage. Roomy, quiet, private and spotlessly clean. Attention to detail, high quality furnishings and stylish decor, plus a few extras, provide everything needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cottage is a credit to the hosts and we would definitely come again.

Modern peaceful cottage.

Brilliant, new, comfortable and functional cottage. Located in a quiet neighborhood with parking and a nice porch. Loved the walk in shower and comfortable bed. Close enough to be able to walk into town which I chose to do. About 20 minutes. Or a very quick drive. Lovely town. Short drive to wineries and beaches. Host was available and easy to communicate with.

Close but not in the hustle and bustle

The Lilly Pilly cottage is new, well appointed, quiet but also close to the MR townsite. We walked each day into town for breakfast (although full kitchen was available) as a great start to the day. The host are friendly without be intrusive. Highly recommended.
