Housekeeping every other day, we ran out of toilet paper because they left half a roll for us on check in. Ice machine broken on first floor and elevators broken so handicapped can’t get ice. Floors are dirty. Outside of the elevator the whole place is very neglected

The breakfast menu had a lot of variety. Parking was available right outside our door. Handicap accessible room needs to be updated with an ADA height toilet & grab bars on the side of toilet, not behind it.

My leg was recently amputated so I’m a disabled person I asked for a ADA room on the first floor. They told me they didn’t have any and then that that had two beds in it so I told them that I would take the one bit ADA room and they said it was a smoking room if that would be OK and I said yes Then they ended up giving me the two bed room, smoking room, and the bathroom hat only one handicap bar behind the toilet the toilet was small, not elevated, and The lid was wiggling all over. The room was not ADA compliant. It did not have an ADA shower or toilet and adding a bar behind the toilet where you cannot even reach to get up is not ADA compliant. The sheets were not up to part of the room was not up to par. It was not handicap accessible. It was very hard for me to get into the room and out of the room into the toilet and the restroom area. I will not be staying at another hotel like this ever again.

Pros: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, it was easy to park directly in front of my room, I didn't hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, it had a small fridge & microwave, and Starbucks and the Pilot station made it easy to get gas and coffee. Cons: The room I was in looked like it was falling apart. You could feel underneath the tub with the flooring was bowed up and they probably had a lot of water damage. I was nervous taking a shower in there and I refused to bathe my toddler in the bathtub because I was a little concerned we might fall through. It feels like the subfloor is completely rotted out from water damage. The floors were dirty in my daughter's feet were almost black within 15 minutes of running around barefooted on the floor. You could tell where there were holes in the wall that were barely patched, a couple of the handles on the dresser were broken off, the AC was loud when it was on, several of the wooden blinds were broken, and the security latch up top was loose to the point. If my daughter opened the door it wouldn't catch properly and she could escape. My sister stayed there one night and they charged her on top of me paying for the room with Expedia. I had to talk to them and Expedia twice before I could get someone to agree to refund me. Her room was in a lot better shape but she said the carpets were pretty dirty. Overall it's not a bad hotel but the room I was in severely needs to be remodeled because it's falling apart.

Staff was friendly. Room was dirty. Closet was a rod barely attached to the wall. Daylight showing under the door—this was a door to the outside! Milk for breakfast was sour. Didn’t eat anything else. There was a pan full of sausages. Made me wonder when that was cook then reheated. Will not stay there again. Cannot recommend.
