In the village of Marignac, this former barn, adjoining the owners' house, has been converted to comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends. It features a landscaped garden bordering a stream (former mill), a private terrace, and parking. The cottage is arranged over two levels: - Ground floor: entrance hall, spacious living/dining room, professional kitchen (unheated), WC. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (3 single beds 90cm wide) (1 double bed 140cm wide + 2 single bunk beds 90cm wide) (1 double bed 160cm wide + 1 single bed 90cm wide + balcony) (1 double bed 140cm wide) (3 single beds 90cm wide).
