La atención es espectacular, la mujer de la recepción es muy querida y el señor que nos entregó la habitación también muy querido. Siento que le doy 3 estrellas porque tienen algunas falencias en sus instalaciones, no en el servicio. Por ejemplo, para empezar, si saben que en la zona de las cabañas no hay señal telefónica yo ubicaría el router del Starlink que tienen en el techo del restaurante para que así llegue señal a las cabañas de la parte baja de la montaña en las que estábamos. O pondría repetidores de Wi-Fi porque hoy en día es MUUUY importante estar comunicado. Y porque para poder coger señal toca subir al restaurante que es bien arriba. Segundo, las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero si les recomiendo hacerle un poco de jardinería a los senderos y mantenimiento a las escalas. Las plantas y la maleza casi no dejan caminar por el sendero a la recepción. Tercero, si fue un poco incómodo que acá en la página decía que tenía el desayuno incluido y en realidad no lo tuviera. Pero entendimos que era un error. De resto todo estaba perfecto, la habitación es muy buena y acorde a lo que aparece en las fotos. La vía de acceso es casi perfecta y eso que fuimos en un carro bajito. Solo tengo esas 3 cosas por mencionar.
