All kinds of confusion on 2nd night - 2nd morning service walked in while I was getting dressed and said she thought we had checked out - I had not checked out and it was around 8AM so not even close to check out time yet.

Hotel and staff were good. Unfortunately we come up for snowmobiling and gambling and stay at this location because it's next to casino, has gas and a convenient store. The casino, gas station and convenient store were closed so we cut our trip short. I understand that the casino experienced a hacking event but why it takes in excess of two weeks to fix is beyond me. It also baffles me why a hotel that was pre-book doesn't communicate these issues to its customers prior to them arriving.
