Made a last-minute reservation after missing a flight. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room. My daughter is enjoyed the rooftop pool while waiting for our flight the next day.

Good value, friendly staff

A/C didn’t work in the first two rooms. They eventually got it to work in a room. Outside of that, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the place seems like good value for money.
