If you like room keys that look like credit cards, this is not the place for you. But if you like sleeping in a four-poster bed straight out of Arabian Nights, you’d love Gramtahouse as much as I did. Kitchen wasn't too clean, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Abdul was more like a kindly grandfather watching over the guests instead of a property manager.

The thing we liked about the Hotel Villa is that the BEDS are Extremely Comfortable and large. Excellent location and has a Snooker v / Pool table and the Kids had so much fun on the Trampoline in the massive garden. Clean, Comfortable & Safe Emma

This space was perfect for me. I had been in Agadir previously at a hotel which was very impersonal, but the the villa, though a little out of the way, was gorgeous and comfortable. Abdul was very kind and took great care of me. I would love to come here and stay for a week and spend time with other travelers as well. Highly recommend!

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights here and we were very happy with the care and hospitality we received, staff were very accommodating and the villa was very clean all sheets and towels freshly washed and given on command seen as we kept using the swimming pool a lot. The chefs food was incredible we really experienced the true culture and cuisine here, thank you so much Gramta house Villa.

Beautiful property and the staff were amazing, they greeted us with Moroccan tea and their traditional bread “mesemen” was absolutely amazing !!! Place was clean and the garden had a trampoline so it was great for the kids, our favourite was the Moroccan style baths they had which were available in every room. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back next year!!

Gramtahouse is "THE BEST" in Marrakech The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning views that make waking up each morning a dream. Inside was stone cold. Abdul kept the curtains and shutters closed. I think he was hiding from someone. He was creepy.. We opened the bedroom shutters/ windows to allow sunshine/warmth midmorning. He had told me not to open them. Why?? Dirt/cobwebs behind the cabinet and garbage under the bed. I lifted it while he swept. He had no mop. The security man was a gentleman. I wish the owners well with their business. I prefer to talk to Rafik/Owner personally about Abdul's actions.

Terrible and to be avoided!

Many years ago Gramtahouse was probably a nice place to stay. Now it is tired, dirty, in need of maintenance and decoration and is not fit for purpose. No breakfast was offered which is unheard of in Morocco. Add to this the fact that the "hotel" is far from anywhere, including anywhere to obtain anything to eat or drink. The photo's on the website were obviously taken many years ago because it looks nothing like that now. I complained to the owner Rafik and told him that I had paid far too much for what was offered to me and he agreed to refund some of the money I had paid. He never did this of course. These people are dishonest scam artists who should be avoided at any cost.
