We had a great time in Marrakech and the hotel played a big part in this. It was lovely to be greeted with refreshments on our arrival and personal attention from Ahmed who deserves a special mention as he was very attentive and laughed at my jokes. The going away present and packed lunch was such a lively touch.

Every request was handled with warmth and efficiency, and their attentiveness made us feel like valued guests rather than just room numbers. The level of care and personal touch they provided was remarkable. Beautiful Accommodations The rooms were a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. Ksar Anika has masterfully achieved that delicate balance between honoring authentic local design and providing contemporary amenities. The rooms were extremely comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after days of exploring the vibrant city. You get the rich cultural experience of staying in a traditional Moroccan setting without sacrificing any modern conveniences. Our flight got delayed and my daughter was alone at the hotel. Siham at the front desk helped her with the information she needed. Also she guided us with the area and also was ready to refund us for the days we did not stay. The welcome was really nice and the rooms were kept in good shape. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The Moroccan architecture is stunning and creates a very authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, we had to leave two days earlier than planned because our baby was crying a lot and we were not able to stay longer. Even in this difficult situation, the staff showed exceptional support and kindness. At 2:00 am, one of the staff members was already there to help us by printing our tickets and arranging a taxi to the airport for the same morning, as we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. On top of that, since we could not stay for all the booked days, the hotel kindly provided us with a voucher to use for the unused days, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much for your warm welcome, understanding, and outstanding service. Keep up the excellent work. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Very clean rooms and great staff! If you are planning to come to Marrakech, this is the place to stay. Siham, the Riad manager is so sweet and very helpful. She made sure we are comfortable and provides a ton of information. Loved the ambience and the breakfast is sooo good. The rooms smell good and are very spacious. Loved it and highly recommend it.

This hotel is great. It’s in the Medina - a beautiful walled city full of spices and great architecture. The hotel is well decorated, very clean and has great amenities. I especially liked the fresh dates every day. The staff are very friendly - this is some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I would stay here again.

On arrival we were greeted by lovely friendly staff who provided local teas and pastries. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and delicious.The location of the hotel was just a short walk to the Medina and Square where there were plenty of restaurants and cafes and an abundance of things to see. The Souks did not disappoint - colourful and noisy with many local things to buy. On our departure from the hotel we were given a gift and some food for our journey home. A really lovely stay with great customer service - i would highly recemmend staying at the Ksar Anika.
