A luxury traditional house, located in Palmeraie area, in Marrakech, Dar Maril is the perfect place where to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday with friends and the family.
Surrounded by a beautiful palms grove, the spaces outside are really well maintained, with a large grass garden, full of plants, as bougainvilleas, palm trees, orange trees, several chill areas with coffee tables and armchairs, the heated swimming pool (on request), there is a terrace all around with sunbeds for relaxing moments during the sunny days.
Around the patio, the terrace with table and chairs, for the al fresco dinners.
Complete the spaces outside a private tennis court, with the light to play also in the night, and a pitch and put, for the golf lovers.

The property is developed on two floor, on the ground floor we find the living room, with cozy sofas and the fireplace, a smaller sitting area with the TV, a separated room for the dining moments, with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, where the staff will prepare you delicious traditional meals.

At this floor we find also three bedrooms, really spacious and well equipped for a comfort stay, with direct access to the garden or the golf view, ensuite bathroom ,fireplace, dressing room , TV and the air conditioning, they are divided as follow:
Room 1 and Room 2 are equal, with one double bed, two basins in the bathroom and the bathtub.
Room 3 has a double bed plus a bench seat, the bathroom with walk in shower.

Moving upstairs, the last two bedrooms Room 4 and Room 5, they are equal with en suite bathroom with two basins and walk-in shower and a double bed.
At this floor the guests will appreciate a large terrace with a fantastic view on the Atlas Mountains.

Dar Maril is a full staffed property, with a butler, a chef, a housekeeper and a gardener, they have their on accommodation in a separated building, they will be available for you h24.
There is also the massage and hammam room, where is possible to organize scrub and massage sessions, on request.

To make this location perfect all year long, the central heating.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Cooking service is included. Cost of food is not included.
Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
