For a relaxing and comfortable holiday in Marrakech, Villa Eleganza is the perfect property.
Located in the natural area of Marrakech Palm Grove, the villa can accommodate 16 guests, in 8 suite bedrooms, a beautiful garden and a very discreet staff available to meet your needs.
Surrounded by the garden, with palm and olive trees from where to admire the impressive sunset , the external spaces are really well maintained, decorated with hibiscus plants, bougainvillea and laurels, you will relax at the pool, surrounded by several furnished terraces, sunbeds and umbrellas; chill areas with sofas and gazebos, including a BBQ the outdoor bar and a dining area with table and chairs, where to enjoy delicious meals all together and spend convivial evenings.

The architecture is modern and really charming, the interior design is clean and very bright thanks to the Morrocan artists and craftsmen who carried out the decorations.
Villa Eleganza is developed on two floors: on the ground floor, directly from the external terrace we enter in the spacious living room, with sofas, TV and the fireplace, in a separated room the dining area with table and chairs and the kitchen (it is reserved for the staff).
At this level 4 bedrooms, all have the direct access to the garden or the pool area, air conditioning, safe box and a private terrace. They are divided as follow:

Room 1 and 2 are equal with one double four poster bed (180cm), en suite bathroom with 2 washbasins and walk-in shower.

Room 3 with one double bed (180cm), en suite bathroom with 2 washbasins and walk-in shower.

Room 4 and 5 are located in a pavilion, they share the bathroom with bathtub, one has a double bed (180cm) the other two single beds (90cm)

Moving on the first floor we find three more bedrooms, with the garden view and on the countryside, one bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and a private terrace, the other two rooms have two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower.

The guests will appreciate the House Staff, available for any needs,the pool and garden maintenance, housekeeping service, the butler, a night watchman, the cook, the concierge, there are also included 2 Airport transfer, for a stay of 7 nights minimum.

The Villa offers several extra services:

Children under 12, will pay half price.
All-day drink package: €10,00 pp
Please note that the meals must be booked the day before, for the next day and the cook’s schedule is based on the meals booked at the villa .
Pool heating, massages, spa treatments, laundry service are available on request.

If you desire to order alchool it is possible, or you can bring directly from your country or ask for the home delivery.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The staff will be happy to prepare meals for you
The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
No Safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
