This fun, spacious, kid friendly, wooded retreat is just south of Wolf Laurel Skiing, west of the Blue Ridge Parkway and north of Asheville. Truly the perfect location!

Rosshaven’s open floor plan includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with large island and a dining table that seats 12. The main floor includes large picture windows, master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite double sink bathroom, 3 additional themed bedrooms and a shared bathroom, laundry room, great room and kitchen. Downstairs boasts an entertainment room with an elegant home theater, lobby and game room, including a pool table that doubles as a game table. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with king bed, a bathroom and sleeper sofa in the game room.
