Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team.

Our stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and harmful. On our first day, we purchased sunscreen from the hotel’s bazaar. The seller claimed it was high-quality and made in England. It was completely fake. We are a family of six, and all of us got severely sunburned after using it for just one day. When we returned to the bazaar to complain, the seller laughed at us and gave us an aloe vera gel, which was also fake and made our skin even worse. A doctor later confirmed that both products had harmful chemicals that caused chemical burns, and we were all prescribed cortisone for treatment. We reported the incident to the reception, but the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested. When we visited the bazaar again with the General Manager, the seller suddenly brought out an original product, clearly proving he knew he was selling fake ones. The GM promised to contact us the next day with a solution, but no one followed up. The bazaar is still selling these fake and dangerous products, and no one at the hotel seems to care. This is unacceptable behavior from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. Our vacation was completely ruined, our health was affected, and we received zero support. We demand an apology, compensation, and immediate action against this vendor. Otherwise, we will be forced to escalate the matter and make our experience public.

Grundsätzlich eine schön angelegte und saubere Anlage. Wir bewohnten ein Deluxe Swimup Zimmer , dieses war hochwertig möbliert - sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Gut befüllte Minibar / Kaffemaschine. Der Blick aus dem Bett am Morgen auf den privaten Pool und das Meer - unbezahlbar! Herr Mohammed welcher sich für die Raumpflege und den Gästeservice verantwortlich zeichnete, hielt unser Zimmer tadellos sauber und kümmerte sich schnell und zuverlässig um unsere Wünsche - Vielen Dank für das Service! Im Bereich Gastronomie gibt es noch Potential zur Verbesserung - sehr wenig typische ägyptische Gerichte, auch kein ägyptisches Brot -sehr schade. Die Cocktails haben luft nach oben. Leider überschattet der eher schlechte Zustand des Hausriffs den insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Esperienza fantastica. Resort nuovo con un sacco di piscine e ristoranti. C’è la possibilità anche di fare due cene alla carta, una di pesce e una orientale che consiglio di prenotare appena arrivate. Personale super disponibile gentile simpatico e cortese. Nulla da dire se non favoloso.

Resort nuovo,bellissimo e super rilassante Mangiare buono ad ogni ora…spiaggia privata con mare e barriera molto belli. Un piccolo villaggio elegante…con tante piscine fantastiche. Escursioni vicine in posti stupendi…tanti servizi..campi da padel,tennis e palestra. Se devo dire qualche difetto, è da migliorare l’attenzione al cliente sotto ogni aspetto,è sufficiente ma in un posto cosi deve essere piu alta…sono un pó rilassati anche loro, camerieri e baristi in primis. Aggiungerei una zattera a remi o un gommone per il bagnino nel caso c’è ne fosse bisogno per aumentare la sicurezza. Torneró senza dubbi! Stupendo!
