Great place to stay

Great communication with host before arrival, and during stay on mobilephone. Great 1.st floor with good facilities in the house and the garden and pool. No problems what so ever. Good wifi and a big TV screen in the living room. Would consider staying again in the future. :-)

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus in der Provence verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte obere Etage des Hauses steht den Gästen zur Verfügung und bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön sowie liebevoll eingerichtet.Das große Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight: ein großzügiger Pool, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Schaukel, Fußballtor und ein Trampolin sorgen für Abwechslung. Besonders die Outdoorküche mit Grill und Kühlschrank war perfekt für entspannte Abende. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem Top-Zustand.Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss, sind ausgesprochen nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Den Garten konnten wir komplett alleine nutzen, und wir haben viele hilfreiche Ausflugstipps von ihnen bekommen.Da das Grundstück vollständig abgeschlossen ist und auch das Auto auf dem Gelände geparkt werden kann, fühlt man sich sehr privat und sicher.Insgesamt hatten wir zwei tolle und erholsame Wochen – dieses Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Garten und Pool

Wir haben hier im August 2024 tolle 6 Tage Urlaub verbracht. Für die Kinder war der große Pool das absolute Highlight. Wohnung, Garten und Pool waren sehr sauber und alles liebevoll und mit viel Detail eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und es gibt Brett- und Kartenspiele, TV und auch in der Küche alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es hat viel Stauraum. Außerdem gab es eine Waschmaschine und Handtücher, zwei Wäscheständer und eine große Wäscheleine im Garten. Der Garten ist traumhaft und wir hatten ihn und den Pool komplett für uns alleine. Es gibt genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und auch eine Außenküche mit Kühlschrank. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, offen für Fragen und haben uns Aktivitäten empfohlen. Sie waren aber nie aufdringlich oder haben uns gestört. Nachdem vom Innenraum keine Bilder im Inserat zu sehen waren, hat uns Christiane welche zugeschickt. Wir wurden vor Ort dann aber nochmal positiv überrascht wie groß und sauber alles war. Alles in allem können wir euch einen Aufenthalt dort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren für zwei Wochen als fünfköpfige Familie mit unseren Kindern im Alter von 11-16 Jahren bei Christiane und Jean Philippe. Die Wohnung und erst recht der Außenbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr diskret und freundlich und waren stets um unser Wohl bemüht. Der Außenbereich stand uns zur alleinigen Verfügung und wir durften den Pool benutzen so lange wir wollten. Der Pool hat eine durchgängige Tiefe von 1,40m. Durch die Tischtennisplatte, dem Tischkicker und dem großen Fußballtor wurde das Programm abwechslungsreich. Auch eine Schaukel ist vorhanden. Daher haben wir dort sehr viel Zeit verbracht. Sucht man einen Sandstrand mit Wellengang, können wir den Plage Sainte-Croix empfehlen. Alles in allem ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Christiane und Jean Philippe

...als was die Anbieter:innen im Angebot beschreiben. Erstkontakt/Kommunikation: Sehr positiv begann bereits, dass wir immer zügig und freundlich-professionell im Voraus Fragen beantwortet erhielten. Unterkunft: Hervorragendes Mobiliar und Ausstattung. Mit viel Stil, geräumig-hell und Fokus auf Sicherheit, ist die Mietwohnung eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm und Bettwäsche hochwertig. Mit-Nutzung: Nahezu alleine konnten wir das gesamte Objekt - inklusive Garten und Pool - nutzen; ohne jegliche Einschränkung. Wie die Wohnung selbst, sind Liegebereich, Aussenküche (!), Pool und Garten hochstehend in Material und Unterhalt. Host/Betreuung: Zurückhaltend bis herzlich, je nach dem wie sich wohl der Gast öffnen mag, sind die Eigentümer. Es hat Spass gemacht die Gastgeber:in bei mehreren Gelegenheiten anzutreffen und auch Apéros einzunehmen. Es ist auch offensichtlich, dass die berufliche Qualität zu dieser ausserodentlich hochwertigen Unterkunft führt. Was uns besonders positiv zusätzlich beeindruckte: Der Gastgeber führte uns auch ausserhalb herum, damit wir mit unserem Hund möglichst zügig beste Laufrouten fanden. Garage/Abstellplatz: Da die Witterungsverhältnisse keine Garage notwendig machen, ist das Auto perfekt direkt vor dem Mietobjekt platziert. Als Gast, der das Mediterane sucht, im kulinarischen Sinne, ist allerdings leider "tote Hose": Das nächste einigermassen gute Restaurant ist 15 Minuten entfernt und die Auswahl an Restaurants ist extrem "bescheiden". Das ist selbstredend kein Manko des Angebots selbst, aber man sollte es wissen. Fazit: Sei es als Geschäftspersonen, welche sich für ein paar Tage komplett zurückziehen möchten und dennoch auf den (üblichen) Luxus wie Pool, kleine Lounge und Zierteich nicht verzichten möchten, gepflegt Platz in der Unterkunft und zeitgemässe Küche benötigen, ist dieser Ort absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Belle maison avec grand jardin

Nous avons passé nos vacances d'été du 27 août au 6 septembre à Saint Mitre les Remparts. Belle grande maison au 1er étage. Propre et bien équipé, tout ce dont vous avez besoin: une cuisine bien équipée, TV, air conditionné, etc. L'espace extérieur avec terrasse, piscine, barbecue, chaises longues et un grand jardin sont à votre disposition. Les propriétaires sont très amicaux, gentils et toujours disponibles. L'ensemble de la propriété est très bien entretenu et propre. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances. Merci à Christiane et à son mari. Et "Poupette". Saint Mitre est un village tranquille avec une bonne boulangerie, un petit magasin et une boucherie. Les supermarchés et les restaurants sont situés dans un rayon de 5 à 10 km.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien (02.06.- 17.06.2017) dort, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (11) und ein Hund, und es war alles genau richtig, erholsam, perfekt. Alles schaut genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, oder ist so wie es in den Kommentaren beschrieben wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, man hat das Gefühl das man ein Haus für sich hat, mit direkten Zugang über eine Treppe zum wunderschönen Garten und Wahnsinns Pool. Christiane ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit, man sieht Sie nur wenn man Sie braucht, eine ganz tolle liebenswerte Frau. Hier noch ein paar Fakten, die mich auch zuvor interessiert hätten, vielleicht nutzt das ja jemanden. Das Haus selbst ist von einer teilweise hohen Mauer umgeben so das ein Hund kaum ausbüxen kann. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnhaussiedlung, sehr ruhig und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der Ort selbst leider nur begrenzt, Bäcker, Fleischer und Apotheke gibt es. In zwei Richtungen gibt es aber jeweils in ca. 6 km Entferung einen gigantischen Supermarkt. Es hat einmal geregnet, in der ersten Woche war es um 26 Grad, in der zweiten Woche waren es um die 30-32 Grad, trotzdem waren Stechmücken kaum ein Thema, immer nur kurz abends in der Dämmerung hier und da mal eine, aber da geht man kurz mal rein, und die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad haben ein Netz am Fenster. Der Garten hat u.a. eine überdachte Terrasse mit je einen Holzkohle Grill und einem großen Gasgrill, dazu einen Kühlschrank. Die Küche hat an Geräten und Ausstattung alles was man für gewöhnlich auch daheim hat. Eine ganz normale Filterkaffeemaschine, und eine Tassimo Pad Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben auf Wunsch Bettwäsche/Decken und Handtücher bekommen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben jeweils Fernseher(nur franz. Programme), DVD Player, und im Wohnzimmer kann man am DVB Receiver eine Festplatte(mkv filme) anschließen. Am Ende wird man gefragt ob man 80euro für die Reinigung der Wohnung bezahlen möchte oder ob man es komplett selber macht, was ich sehr fair finde. Wenn man nachts/in der Dunkelheit mal raus muß, sollte man eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Der Hof/Garten ist zwar beleuchtet, aber natürlich nicht jede Ecke. Denn es laufen einige große Frosche oder Schnecken rum, da will man nicht wirklich drauf treten:) Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub, falls wir wieder mal in diese Ecke fahren, ist dieses Haus unsere erste Anlaufstelle. Ein wirkliches kleines Paradies für Groß und Klein - In fact a small paradise for young and old

Wir haben mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (9 Jahre alt) eine wundervolle Ferienwoche in Saint-Mitre-les-Remparts verbracht und werden mit Sicherheit gerne wiederkommen. Alle gezeigten Fotos entsprechen der Realität, alle elektrischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert, der Pool wird allabendlich gereinigt. Das gesamte Anwesen sowie die Wohnung sind sehr ansprechend, sauber und werden von den Besitzern liebevoll in Ordnung gehalten. Die Tatsache, dass das Vermieter-Ehepaar im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnt, hat sich übrigens eher als Vorteil, denn als Nachteil herausgestellt. Die beiden sind äußerst nett, halten sich meist unsichtbar im Hintergrund, sind jedoch stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sei es mit Tipps zur Umgebung, mit Anrufen beim Arzt oder im Hinblick auf individuell fehlendes Zubehör zur Wohnung. Wir haben in der Woche nur zwei Tage außerhalb des Gartens verbracht, so abwechslungsreich lässt sich die Zeit im Paradies für Groß und Klein gestalten. Das Highlight ist natürlich der große Pool, der aufgrund seiner abfallenden Tiefe bis 1,80 m für den vollen Spaßfaktor eher für Kinder geeignet ist, die bereits schwimmen können. Darüber hinaus gibt es sehr viele Spielsachen für Kinder und ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten in der Sonne und im Schatten. Als Ausflugsziele können wir einen Tag am weitläufigen Strand "Plage Napoléon" sowie ein Besuch der Stadt Marseille und der Insel mit dem "Château d’If" empfehlen. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt in Saint-Mitre-les-Remparts unseren Ansprüchen und Erwartungen vollstens entsprochen und kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. ++++++++ We have spent a wonderful week in Saint-Mitre-les-Remparts with 3 adults and 2 kids (9 years old) and will certainly try to come back. All shown photos depict the reality, all elecrical devices have worked properly and the pool is cleansed every evening. The entire property including the appartment are very clean and kindly taken care of by the owners. The fact, that the owners live in the basement of the house, has turned out to be an advantage, rather than a disadvantage. Both are very pleasent and kind and always keep in the background. However, they are very helpful if you need anything, either regarding the property itself or regarding hints for attractions in the vicinity. Overall, our stay in this little paradise has fully met our expectations and we can absolutely and unrestrictedly recommend to visit.

Awesome appartment with a wonderful swimming pool!

We had a wonderful time in Mrs. Isnards appartment. She is a very nice host and always did her best to make us feel home at her place. The appartment itself is well equiped, the kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms even have a protection against mosquitos. The garden has a nice and big swimming pool, many sunbeds and we were able to use a fridge as well as two bbqs outside. The spot is also perfect for exploring the Provence. Within 100 kms there are a lot of spots to visit. Overall, we can definitely recommend to stay in this appartment!

zeer fijn huisje en prachtig terras

Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, in de keuken is alles in overvloed aanwezig, het terras en het zwembad zijn zalig, veel ligstoelen, een hangmat, buitenkeuken, ... Het enige minpuntje is dat er alleen in één slaapkamer airco is en 's nachts was het toch wel warm. Heel vriendelijke dame. Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De omgeving is wel wat minder maar het huis maakt dat ruimschoots goed. Een goede uitvalsbasis om Arles, Aix en Provence, Marseille enz. te bezoeken.

Just great....

We were here early July for one week and we loved it. Very friendly land lady, beautiful appartment (be aware, only 1 bedroom has airconditioning) and a fantastic garden with everything we could wish for. We visited Isle sur la Sorgue on market-Sunday (++), Aix (+/-), Marseille (++) and visited the beach of Carry le Rouet (++). But stayed a lot around the pool area at our appartment as well.... Just great !

Superbe appartement dans un environnement calme, très propre, très bien équipé . Une propriétaire charmante très discrète et de bons conseils . Idéal pour les familles avec des enfants tout est conçus pour eux de l'équipement bébé aux jeux pour les plus grands . Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines.

Very nice appartment and ...

Very nice appartment and garden with pool, BBQ, outside lounge, .... Even toys for kids are available. Three sleeping rooms with two 140 cm beds and one bunck bed. Kitchen well equipped. Landlady very nice and only noticeable when cleaning the pool. Perfect spot for exploring the Provence.
