Recent and high-performance sound and thermal insulation, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and medicine cabinet

A large room of 17 m2 with a 160cm light fixture, dressing room and old fireplace (with an accessory for decoration) with a window onto Avenue d'Albi and a window onto the private garden.
Reversible air conditioning.
A large room with window and view of the private garden, with an office in the living room, a dining room and a kitchen and an occasional room with a lit sofa.
In this room you can enjoy your comfortable access to the living room and watch TV shows or NETFLIX series and also connect to YouTube.
And for those who enjoy it, we have a small self-service library and some activities like board games available in the apartment.

You can prepare your meals in a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a micro-grill, a hob, a coffee maker, a toaster... and all the useful kitchen accessories.
You can find essential products like coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, salt, pepper, oil, wine, etc.
