Most large-group rentals cram everyone into one house. This estate gives your group something rare: three separate homes on one private riverfront property — so everyone stays together without being on top of each other.

The main house is the hub — four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and an open living and dining area where the whole group gathers for meals, games, and late-night conversations. The River Casita and Road Casita each offer private sleeping quarters with their own bathrooms, giving couples or families their own space to retreat to when they need it.

Had a great Thanksgiving break with our families - house is off the beaten path right on the river. Lot of room, separate bunk house is pretty cool and we used the outdoor seating at the table and the hot tub quite a bit (too cold to use pool). Jesse is very, very responsive. We have a college age child living in San Marcos so definitely plan to return here for family gatherings.

Fantastic Family Gathering

We had our entire family gather here for a long 4 day weekend - 12 adults, 4 kiddos and 1 infant!There was more than enough sleeping space and the 2 separate casitas were great for those that wanted a little more seclusion! The property is beautiful and very rustic and our kiddos had a blast! We floated the river 2 days and got to all go and watch Pawpaw play in a Sr Softball tournament! We cooked all of our meals together and had everything we needed!Fun family memories that will last a lifetime!! We would highly recommend this property for large groups and multiple families wanting to gather together in one fun place!
