Nantucket Style Cottage Steps from Private Beach

Offering a new AC system on both floors of the home, freshly painted walls, and refinished hardwood floors. This unique unit has a backyard with beautiful greenery, just steps outside your gated back patio. There are two balconies off each bedroom offering tranquil views. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half-bathroom on the main floor.
 
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a brand new queen bed mattress. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa on the main floor. In addition to AC, all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
 
There is endless fun to be had while staying here! The private back patio has a BBQ, creating the perfect setup for a grilled meal followed by cold beverages as you enjoy the privacy of the backyard. The beach is only steps away and will always take your breath away, no matter what the season. Four beach chairs and a cart are provided.

Also only steps away is the Popponesset Marketplace where you can drink, eat at the famous Raw Bar, play mini golf, and shop. Only a short drive to Mashpee Commons where you will find luxury shops, excellent dining, a movie theater, and more. Take a memorable day trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard and return to get cozy and watch a movie in the inviting living room.
 
Easy access from surrounding areas, including Boston, Providence, and New York. Designated parking spot right in front of the home, with lots of additional visitor parking places.

Peach-perfect!

Cottage had everything we needed, including beach, chairs, umbrellas, and a kitten. We needed to cook meals. A quick walk to the beach and village center (very close by for coffee). We slept well, it was super quiet. Host was very responsive when we had a question. The private beach was lovely and uncrowded. The couch was comfortable. It’s even nicer than the pictures. What a great stay on the Cape!

Cute, clean condo

Mackenzie’s place is wonderful!! Mashup Village is so charming, and this condo is only a short walk to the beach (with water views)! Mackenzie’s place is extremely clean and well maintained. All of the decor/furniture seemed to be recently updated. The beds were very comfortable. Mackenzie was great at communicating with us, and answered all our questions quickly. We wish we couldn’t have stayed longer!

Perfect getaway

We couldn’t be happier with our stay… The home is absolutely beautiful. Having grown up coming to Maushop, we are hoping to eventually buy our own place here. In the meantime, we look forward to returning to this home! We have an almost two year old and a four year old… perfect walking/scooter distance to the beach and the Marketplace. We got our lobster roll fix at the Raw Bar, and made memories at the quiet, private beach on this perfect fall weekend. Thank you, McKenzie!
