Sitting at the far tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, amidst lush greenery and framed by the dazzling blue sea, Massa Lubrense is a magical place for a special celebration. Throw into the mix all your favourite people, plus a sensational villa, and you have all the ingredients of a holiday that will remain stamped on your memory forever.



The vast estate extends over just under 5 acres, set between Massa Lubrense’s tourist port and its central square. The town centre is just 700m away, providing guests with easy access to the town’s shops and restaurants, in addition to local beaches.



With space for up to 17 people in 9 bedrooms, Villa Antea has been cleverly refurbished to be rented either as one single villa or as two self-contained properties, each with its own entrance and completely independent of the other. It is a stunning property for a large group get-together, offering maximum comfort and flexibility to groups of all sizes.



Outside, the two properties, Villa Antea Sud and Villa Antea Nord, each have their own private garden, pool and sunbathing terraces, in addition to a delightful barbecue and outdoor fitness area. And all around the gardens, 2 acres of land are dedicated to citrus and olive groves and the cultivation of organic vegetables.



Dating back to 1728, the former Palazzo Guerra has been refurbished to provide spacious accommodation in two self-contained villas which can be rented together or separately:



Villa Antea Sud



Accessed via a private entrance, and with its own internal lift, Villa Antea Sud looks out over lawns and a rectangular pool with gently graduating steps that are perfect for young children. Elegantly furnished contemporary interiors provide ample space for living and sleeping. The ground floor comprises a large living room with two 3-seater sofas, an elegant white oval-shaped dining table, a TV and double doors out to the terrace. Other rooms include a dazzling white kitchen, with ample storage space and all amenities, a laundry room and a guest bathroom.



Villa Antea Nord



With a private garden, terraces and stunning infinity pool, and with a delightful ceramic-tiled barbecue/outdoor kitchen to the rear of the pool area, Villa Antea Nord offers maximum independence and privacy to guests who choose to rent just one villa rather than the entire estate. It also has an internal lift to all floors of the property. On the ground floor, the large living room is furnished in neutral shades with splashes of blue, with two 3-seater sofas, a TV and a white oval dining table for 8. From the dining area, double glass doors lead through to the spectacular kitchen, equipped with all modern amenities. The ground floor also has a laundry room and guest bathroom.

There are a total of 9 bedrooms: 4 in Villa Antea Sud and 5 in Villa Antea Nord. All bedrooms have a safe and smart TV, and some have dressing rooms, walk-in wardrobes or private terraces. Each is immaculately styled, with bright white walls and pale ceramic floors, jazzed up with splashes of bold primary colours that reflect the colours of the surrounding land and seascape. Contemporary bathrooms are decked out in neutral oatmeal hues, with sparkling white fittings, big rainfall showers and plenty of space for toiletries.

• Pool heating: 75,00 euros per day for the entire stay

• Although the villa is close to the town of Massa Lubrense, it would be a shame not to explore further afield: this far tip of the Sorrento peninsula is famed for its stunning land and seascapes. Take time to appreciate its incredible natural beauty, including the Punta Campanella and Ieranto nature reserves, the rocky coastline and the views over the Bay of Naples.

• The surrounding area has an unusually high density of Michelin-starred and gastronomic restaurants, including Don Alfonso 1890 and Lo Stuzzichino in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, and several in the Nerano beach area.
