This villa is located in Nerano, Sorrento Area.

It is an exclusive and completely independent villa.

Nerano is a small seaside village in the municipality of Massa Lubrense, near Sorrento.

It is located on the extreme tip of the Sorrento Peninsula and overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, on the same side of the Amalfi Coast.

The name Nerano seems to be due to a Villa of Nerone that was probably built here for the emperor’s idleness.

The beach of Nerano overlooks the bay of Marina del Cantone.

It is composed of several pebble beaches, with rocky bottoms and crystal clear waters, which make it a popular destination for scuba diving lovers.

Solange is just 800 meters away from this beach.

This area is located in the center of the Punta Campanella Marine Nature Reserve, a protected marine area.

From the right corner of the Cantone beach you can take a panoramic path and reach the Recommone bay, a white pebble beach.

At about 500 meters from the villa there is the “Conca del Sogno”.

It is a bathing establishment with a restaurant much loved by the international jet-set.

It is an ideal place for a family holiday or a group of friends and it offers an amazing sea view, ideally suited for a relaxing and beach vacation.

Beach Service:
In the suggestive bay of Marina del Cantone, at about 800 meters away, all guests of Villa Solange have the opportunity to enter one of the most famous and comfortable bathing establishments affiliated with us.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Villa Solange has a wide panoramic terrace where you can enjoy a good book with the birds singing in the background, an external pool of 7 x 4 meters, a solarium and an external shower.

A part of the terrace offers the shade of a Portico with table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening.

This Sorrento holiday villa has 3 levels:
Ground Floor:
It is a completely independent floor.

To reach it there is a ramp of 24 stairs.

It has a nice lounge and dining room, small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Outside a terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area.

Double sofa bed preferably for 2 children.

First Floor:

A ramp of 17 stairs connects you from the ground to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find an amazing dining room with a big equipped terrace facing the bay.

A nice well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need is available.

A laundry area with washing machine and dryer, small bathroom with small shower.

From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where you can find the barbeque.

Second Floor:
A ramp of 15 stairs connect you on the second floor (sleeping area) where there are 3 bedrooms.

One double bedroom.

A bedroom with a French Bed.

These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, that can be reached via the corridor.

The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Island.

All bedrooms and lounge equipped with satellite tv and sky service, free wi-fi connection.

All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer

STAFF IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY NEEDS AND REQUESTS.

Cleaning Rules:
Our Housekeeper comes three days during your stay for 3 hours a day (no Sunday). If you may need more cleaning, she can come more times a week (depending on availability) for a little extra. For a two week stay, there is a change of linen and towels once a week but you can ask for extra changes, paying a fee.
• Bathrobe and large towels: euro 5,00 to pay in cash.
• Face towels: euro 3,00 to pay in cash.
• Bed change: euro 8,00 to pay in cash

Reception:
From 9:00am to 2:00pm Giuseppe the owner, will be at your disposal and will come to check and clean the pool and the garden.

Giuseppe will take care of you and make reservations for restaurants, tours, transfers, boat tours or whatever you feel like doing that day.

CHECK OUT & TOURIST TAX
Check out is from 8:00am to 10:00am, but in case you need an early one you can do it the night before.

Dear Guest, our local tourist tax is of euros 2,00 per person per day, to pay directly to us in cash at the end of your stay.
People under the age of 18 and over 65, don’t need to pay it.
