Villa Pacifica is a bright and cheerful one-story villa located in the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. It sleeps six people. From Villa Pacifica you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Pacifica is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (San Montano beach) at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).
You will reach Villa Pacifica from the parking area going up a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately four stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Pacifica. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. This area is also equipped with two wrought-iron benches, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the greenery. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the garden, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will have a view of the greenery and of the other buildings.
Verandah
The verandah is 22 square meters (237 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the kitchen. Is equipped with a sofa, and you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the verandah you will enjoy a lovely view of the patio.
Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are bright and agreeable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the verandah.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a alleyway at the rear of the house through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.
