The Masdascher Burgherrenweg and many other hiking and biking trails invite you to actively explore the region. Other nearby attractions are the nature and adventure park Hallgarten with children's playground and pirate ship (1.2km), the castle ruins "Balduinseck" (1.8km) and the Geierlaybrücke, a suspension rope bridge between the neighboring villages of Sosberg and Mörsdorf (7.3km).
