You get what you pay for. Small rooms with shared restrooms. I was lucky. I had my own bathroom. Bedsheets cleanliness was questionable.

Given keys to the room. No towel until requested. Aircon needed to be requested , leaking badly. Sheets weren't in good shape . Torn. Only one person attending. Only one towel provided for a "deluxe" room

First vacay after 5 months of Covid lockdown.

It was good, but hopefully they change the door knob of their rooms because of the difficulty of opening the key door knob.

Je n'en veux pas uniquement à cet hôtel j'y inclus aussi votre application hôtels.com qui est juste nulle. Vous prenez une place importante dans la réservation d'hôtels si bien que maintenant vous imposez vos règles à savoir mentir sur la qualité de l'hébergement à tous les niveaux. Prix plus cher que sur place, photos pas vérifiées, offres de réduction trompeuses et pression sur les clients en précisant qu'il ne reste plus de places ce qui est faux. Bref vous et les Agoda booking and co c'est simplement de l'arnaque. Donc il faut réagir et le faire savoir.
