Neat one bedroomed cottage, great for a couple with a dog for exploring the countryside. Two pubs in the village, 15 minute walk down roads with considerable gradients. Buxton, Matlock and Bakewell within easy reach by car.

Lovely little barn for two, everything you need for a great weekend, having a superking size bed was fabulous, could feel a little cold at times but you have got a wood burner which we didn’t light. It was spotlessly clean and very dog friendly. Would definitely recommend

What a fantastic place, if you like walking this is definitely the place for you, or even just a quiet weekend tucked away watching to and chilling. Lots of hills so not for the faint hearted but the views are worth the walk. The barn itself is beautiful, everything you need and a little extra, couldn’t fault the place.
